Tyree Ag's 2016 Wheat Harvest Photo Contest kicks off today, June 1, 2016!

 Tyree Ag will sponsor youth 4-H participants interested in enrolling in the 2017 Kansas Wheat Variety Plot Program.

In partnering with United Suppliers, Tyree Ag is hosting a collegiate intern this summer in a structured program with the hopes of creating a hands-on educational opportunity for those interested in crop production.

Monday, May 2nd was the Second Annual Edwards County Progressive Ag Safety Day put on by the Edwards County NRCS and Edwards K-State Research and Extension. 4th, 5th, and 6th graders from across the county joined in learning how to stay safe in agriculture. 

If you haven’t noticed in your fields or by word of mouth, stripe rust in wheat has recently emerged as a serious threat to wheat production in Kansas. 

Tyree Ag is now offering 100 LL self-service aviation fuel at the Kinsley Municipal Airport in Kinsley, Kansas.

The Responsible Nutrient Management Foundation is pleased to offer scholarships in the amount of $2500; available to students attending an agriculture-related program at a post-secondary educational institution in the United States.

With temperatures dropping tonight through Sunday and the possible precipitation in the Kinsley area, it is important to understand the injury to our green wheat that is caused by freezing. 

January 12-13 marked the 2016 Kansas Association of Independent Crop Consultants Annual Meeting in Manhattan, Kansas. Six Tyree Ag salesmen attended the two-day event.
