Erik Ellis

Erik began working for Tyree Ag in May 2022. He was born and raised in Ness City, Kansas and attended Ness City High School. After graduating in 2010, Erik then attended Fort Hays State University, where he majored in Agronomy and graduated in 2015. He has is 1A and 7B certifications and has been involved in ag for several years. Previously, Erik worked at Midland Marketing as harvest help and the applicator and location coordinator for 9 years. Erik likes working in the agriculture industry because of the ever changing technologies and the ability to learn something new every day. He likes providing customer service to farmers and ranchers, enabling them to help feed the world. Erik decided to join the Tyree Ag team because it is a family-owned business, making customer's lives easier - which aligns with his values. Erik lives in LaCrosse with his wife, Laurel, and his two sons (Beau and Karter). In his free time, Erik likes to watch the Chiefs, Royals and Jayhawks, as well as work around the house and lawn.
